These supplements work best when used in conjuction together. Our aim is to recover in the shortest duration possible. Some dosage recommended may be on the higher end, but taken in short duration <10days, will not have adverse effect on your body. This works better if you are already eating a well rounded diet. These supplements help to cover all bases and leave less room for potential blindspots. Consume lots of protein, health carbs and fats. If you are on a calorie deficit, this is not the ideal time to do so as you want to feed your body as many quality and diverse food as you can to speed up recovery. Rest/sleep as much as you can during this period.
