WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I SIGN UP?
After signing up you will be sent a list of questions within 48 hours to fill out in order to better understand you, your goals, and how I can help you reach your goals.
We can then schedule a welcome onboarding call to the program, and get to know more about you and get you started.
Depending on the package level you purchase, there will be more information sent to you regarding how we will schedule your initial assessment and what you will need to do to prepare for that. You could be started on your journey to a new you within 2 to 3 days after signing up!
WILL ONLINE TRAINING WORK FOR ME?
YES!!! I have had the pleasure of helping many people worldwide to transform their bodies and their lives through online training!
I can’t do the workouts for you nor can I feed you, but I can do almost everything else to make sure you are well educated, keep you motivated and accountable to achieve the body of your dreams!

If you require more guidance on your workout form, or if you simply love to workout live with a trainer, you can purchase 1:1 Training sessions which will be conducted via Zoom or Skype.
HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR TRAINER AT A GYM?
With the power of the internet these days, you have the ability for get all the knowledge, motivation, accountability and guidance of a professional personal trainer for a fraction of the cost of one on one in-person sessions!
Anyone can benefit from having someone to hold them accountable for their workouts and eating better in order to help them reach their fitness/health goals.
These services extend way beyond what you will can expect from a regular trainer at the gym, where you will see your trainer for only 1hour in the gym. The real challenge takes place in the 23 hours outside of the gym where you have to manage your lifestyle, diet and habits in order to see results. That's where this program shines. It's like having a trainer around guiding you 24/7.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO TRAIN TO REACH MY GOALS?
It varies from individuals to individuals. On average, it takes about 2-3 months to see a visual difference. Strength and mood wise, you will see results as soon as 1-2 weeks time!
I am not about “quick fixes” or crash diets, because those methods are simply not sustainable in the long term. And more likely than not, you will end up rebounding with more issues and weight than before you started. (Why would you want to do that to yourself!?)
I believe in educating my clients on how to workout and eat for their individual fitness goals. With proper habits, routine and knowledge, you can expect to reach your goals and keep your gains long term! Whether you are looking for fat loss, muscle gain, or training for a specific event, I will help you in every step of the way.
WILL I BE PROVIDED WITH A NUTRITION PLAN?
I do not believe in giving people a pre-set eating plan that is strict and difficult to follow; however, depending on the level of package you purchase, I will provide you with many resources on how to eat for your specific fitness goals and how to track all of your macronutrients each day. All these will be done through our training app.
When purchasing one of my higher packages, I will calculate specific macronutrient (how many grams of proteins, fats, carbs) needs required for each day in order to support your training and provide you will an abundance of meal and snack ideas to keep you on track.
DO I NEED TO HAVE A GYM MEMBERSHIP?
I highly recommend having a gym membership. However if you have exercise equipment at home, this is not mandatory. I am able to create at home workouts for you based around the equipment you will have available, or I will make suggestions of a few items you might want to pick up for the home in order to get the most out of your home workouts.
I DON'T HAVE A CREDIT CARD, HOW CAN I MAKE PAYMENT?
If you don't have a credit card, we can arrange for a bank transfer or other payment modes.

ARE REFUNDS AN OPTION?
There is a no refund policy, I want you to succeed and really commit to your body transformation. Based on years of experience, if there is a refund available it is to easy to quit. My programs are very effective, but they take some time, hard work, and dedication to reap the full benefits. If you are on a pre-paid monthly program, at the time of cancellation you will be charged for that current month only and recurring payments will be stopped immediately for the following month.

Procrastination leads you to nowhere. I've witnessed plenty of people hesitating and procrastinating, fast forward to a year later, they are still at the exact same spot they were a year before with zero change.
